Please be aware that this change will only affect new players from creating accounts that are located in the United States. Existing players will not be affected, and we can say without a shadow of a doubt that it’s business as usual. They will not have any problems playing, cashing out, logging in or depositing. It’s also business as usual for the affiliate end of things, aside from updating a ton of web pages…..Thank you, Mr. Beshear!
We seriously doubt that any group is going to pull out of the USA market, and we have a strong feeling that everything will go back to ‘normal’ once the domain forfeiture hearing wraps up on December 3rd in Kentucky.
That’s all the information we have for now, but we will be posting updates as they come in.
In closing, if you’re an affiliate, please update your pages accordingly and let your American website visitors know that they cannot create a new account with the above casinos and poker rooms. Also, be sure to let them know that if they currently have an account with these properties, that there’s nothing to worry about.
