Default I think the most important one

is to be a lurker........if you sign up at a new site, using 'free' money, buy the minimum number of cards allowed for each game (usually 3) and watch the winners that show up. If you see 20 people in the room, but only two or three are winning nearly every game, it could be a clue that that site uses house players or bots where the winnings stay at the site and your chances of winning there are slim to none....or the site is using software manipulation so the 'fair-haired favorites' win consistently.

Default Thanks

I noticed this before but really didn't think much of it. I have also noticed in other sites that perhaps you have to buy alot of stuff before they let you win anything.

I didn't even think to notice that kind of thing. I'm still very new to things and could use every scrap of help possible. I'm going to save that article.
