Teach an elderly person to use a computer. They will thank you
for it. They may have to call and ask for help but at least they
will have something to do.

Teach your children how to play bingo. This way when they grow
up they can teach their children.

I realized on a drive yesterday how wonderful people can be. Every
person I saw over the age of 50 waved at me. What a wonderful
feeling to be greeted.

Share your world with someone else. They just might need it. I love
to stop and chat with the older folks. They have a lot of insight and
some great stories to share.
