i think thats a bit unfair when your 18 you should be allowed to gamble if you want.

The laws regarding this vary from state to state and from Indian tribe to Indian tribe.

The Barona tribe allows gambling when you are over 18. It is located about 30 mins from San Diego.

I am sure there are more California casinos that do, I just haven't done the research.

I don't recommend that you use fake ID or try to lie about your age. Just stick with where it's legal and stay out of trouble.

Read the reviews at top of this page and the rules and regulations...They have have the legal age limit for thier own site. Check there. I did themand I remember some that says have to be at least 18..
