Online Bingo Help Needed! - Bingo Forum

I dont play enough online bingo to help a friend of mine, so I am really hoping some one here will have some advice for him.

He recently started playing online bingo and of course made a deposit to play. He managed to win over a thousand dollars, though now the site is telling him that he didnt win, and they are refusing to pay him.

I am not sure which bingo site he was playing at, because he is from England and I forgot to ask. I was just wondering if anyone here would have any advice for him on what to do reguarding this problem.

He did recieve an email from the bingo site which said "Congradulations" and how much he won and so on, along with a phone number to call. He did call the number and that is when he was told he didnt win.

I am at a loss as to what he can to to help him collect his winnings, which is why I am hoping someone here will know what he can do. He even has pictures and video of his winning.

To start we need to know what Bingo we are talking about.
Find out from him what place it is.
I hope it's not one of them shady one's

Well from the sounds of it, it has to be pretty shady. Though I havent been able to get hold of him to find out which online site he went to, but I am still trying.

Right on Tom!!! We need to know what site he was playing, before we can advise you of what to tell him to do. If he has pictures of his win or a screen shot, looks to me like they would have to pay him. Are they saying he just did not win or he can't get his winnings?

He did win and he has proof of that, but they told him when he called reguarding his winnings that there had been some kind of a mistake and that he really didnt win.

I am still waiting on him to contact me with the name of the site he was playing at, I would rather tell my friends not to play there if they are going to mess around with people like this.

No sadfully not yet, I am waiting for him to return home. He is in the military there and has been sent out for a bit of extra training.

I will find out as soon as he returns though.
