Rules for Astro Bingo
Please make certain that you read the Participating Rules carefully.
Each time you use funds from your Player Account to play a Game or
you enter our website, you are confirming your full understanding and
acceptance of the Participating Rules. In the event that you have any
questions about the Participating Rules, please contact us for clarification.
Should you not be willing to accept the terms of this agreement, you
should not play the Game.
Fairness Statement:
We believe that the AstroBingo Game system has been designed to be
100% fair to all players and since May of 1998 we have worked with
our developers to continue to reinforce the product's reliability based
on technical issues that have arisen due to the various factors associated
with Internet Bingo.
Unlike a Bingo hall where a Player can YELL Bingo and halt the Game
immediately, Internet Bingo is played across the globe in many different
time zones through a large network of interconnected routers and satellite
connections. Although there are times when the Internet runs smoothly
and network traffic arrives to it's destination on time, there are
a number of factors that can prevent data from arriving. Such as Dropped
connections, System hang-ups, Internet routing issues, Socket errors,
Instability of the internet, and connection speed.
To participate in a Game a Player must be 18 years of age or older,
must read and consent to all of the Participating Rules and must
have authorization to use a valid credit card acceptable to AstroBingo.
AstroBingo is not available to persons under the age of 18 years, or
the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction where they reside. All
transactions by minors are considered null and void, including any
winnings, if any. AstroBingo reserves the right to request proof of
age at any stage at any time.
Participation will require that Players register with AstroBingo by
correctly completing the registration details and offering a full name,
address, city, zip code or postal code, state or province, country,
e-mail address and telephone number. For any subsequent participation,
a Player must login with their Player ID (provided by AstroBingo) and
the Player password.
Claiming Prizes
Prizes shall be automatically deposited to our Player Account cash
balance (Except Progressive Jackpot from USA Bingo Hall). Players
can purchase games from their winnings or request a payout be mailed
the address given at the time of registration. Because all AstroBingo
payments are authorized by our Custodian and Trustees, (Accountants)
who administer all of AstroBingo's financial transactions, it may
take 15 ~ 30 days for you to receive your Prize.
Players who wish to claim their prize money must request a "payout".
This can be done by visiting the Players Area and selecting the Payout
Request link.
Players can request a payout from their winnings only. The amounts
cannot exceed their Player Account cash balance, which must be in good
standing. The AstroBingo Corporation reserves the right to withhold
any such payments until all financial transactions have been settled
and cleared.
In ALL cases, the AstroBingo Corporation reserves the right to withhold

Cash Redemptions are made possible when a users’ account exceeds a
minimum of $55.00 U.S from winning balance. Only users with a minimum
deposit of $20.00 U.S. in last 30 days may request
and be issued a payout using our system.

However, please make sure that the mailing information is correct
when you register in order to avoid mailing delays.

When you redeem
cash from your 'Deposit', your comp balance WILL
BE DEDUCTED proportionally according to your existing
'Deposit'.
Only one account per household is permitted.
Chat Room Comps (bonuses)
Chat room comps will be awarded to the players IMMEDIATELY
in the chat room. There is no requirement of consuming all the credits
in one's account prior to the award of the chat room comps.
One will
receive chat rooms comps:

If the total amount of chat room comps* one has received since the
last deposit is LESS THAN FIVE times (500% of) the most recent deposited
amount.***

One will receive 100% of the comps if one has deposited
within the last 10 days.
-
One will receive 50% of the comps if one
has deposited between 11 to 20 days ago.
-
One will receive 25% of the
comps if one has deposited between 21 to 29 days ago.
-
No comps will
be awarded to the member if the last deposit is 30 days or more ago.
The comps awarded to the member will be dependant on the amount of
total purchase of bingo cards in the past 5 games. If the bingo card
purchase amount exceeds $5.00, full 100% of the stated comps above
will be awarded to the players.
If the ultimate comps awarded to the member are less than $1.00, the
member will receive:

$1.00 if one has deposited within 10 days ago.

$0.50 if one
has deposited between 11 to 20 days ago.

$0.25 if one has deposited
between 21 to 29 days ago.
There is a $30 cap of bingo comps per day, but one will have the
daily comp cap increased if one's net deposits** in the past 30
days from the most recent deposit is as follows:

For special games such as Bingo War, Family Feud, 75 or Alive
or any other special games announced by the CMs, the daily comp
cap will be overridden and the comps will still be awarded to members
in accordance to the above policy.
* Chat room comps are considered here, 1tg, credit rebate, 'at
the post' (3, 4 or 6 bingo winning in a row)…etc. are not included
in the consideration here
