Doyle’s Room is Changing Software to get US Back?
21 January 2009
Yes Doyle’s Room has advised their members that big changes will be going on in the near future. Doyles which is now Powered by Microgaming Software, that withdrew from the US market, is thinking of changing to the Cake Poker network that does except US players, in all states but Kentucky.
This will be a huge change for this poker site, and hopefully will lead the way for other Internet Casinos to do the same. The market in the US is considered to be the best and most profitable. Many stopped taking US players when the UIGEA was passed.
This decision came after the decision that Playboy Casino will close as of next week. They were unable to continue operations, using Cryptologic Software, which left the US market.
