What nice about having ants at a picnic? The typical response would be there is nothing nice about having ants at a picnic. Well now there is, since the Small Fortune slot game is set on a picnic scene and the ants control the outcome of your wealth.

There are only two ants in Small Fortune; one ant appears on reel 1, and the other ant on reel 5. Both ants are wilds and will substitute other symbols towards creating extra wins, and they can also appear grouped on their reels (or you can say “stacked” on their reels).

Ok, so now here’s the part about the unique way the free games are triggered… At least one ant must appear on reel 1, at least one picnic basket must appear on reels 2, 3, or 4, and at least one ant must appear on reel 5.

So, how the free games are triggered, in my words; the two ants must have at least one picnic basket between them before the free games trigger. Basically what I’m saying is, the ant on reel 1 and the ant on reel 5 have to capture a picnic basket before they’ll give you the free games feature. Fair enough.

When the free games are triggered (and here’s the good part), the amount of picnic baskets will determine how many free games are awarded, and the amount of ants appearing on reels 1 and 5 will determine how big the multiplier is.

For example, let’s say you have two ants appear on reel 1, five picnic baskets on reels 2, 3, or 4, and two ants appear on reel 5 (see photo above); you win 25 free games with a x4 multiplier! Thank you very much.

The role the scatters play is to award extra coins when three or more appear anywhere on the reels (but I think they just take up space). But, they will award 200x the bet when five of them appear.

Oh, I almost forgot the jackpots… The two jackpots, the minimum jackpot and the maximum jackpot, are random and can be triggered at the end of any game.
