I live in SC…..you know that law from 1802 also says…”any game with card or dice is not allowed at all on Sundays”. (that includes monoply board games, and alot of other board games) This law is soooo old no one knew about it until this case came up. I am glad to see these guys fighting it.

Well let me tell ya Pilgrims, I say it’s about time to change the laws to allow people to play any online game if they so decide, whether or not it’s in the US States. More power for the people, because people are what keep the government in power.

That’s just sad that Poker Stars had to pull out of Washington state because of local jurisdiction laws. I hope those laws can be overturned and allow US players a little more freedom for their online poker play. Kudos to Poker Stars.
