    Hollywood Poker has arranged for several GSOP Live in Malta online satellites to give more players opportunities to win Main Event Packages worth $3,000. Now through November 14, 2010, Hollywood Poker players can participate in scheduled or Sit & Go tournaments with buy-ins as low as $2.20. Players can also opt to pay higher buy-ins to jump ahead on the action in the GSOP Live Super Step Coinflips tournaments, where you can also do a direct buy-in to the finale ($320).

    Bodog Poker launches satellites for the Punta Cana Poker Classic

    On October 13, 2010, Bodog Poker announced the launch of satellites for the Punta Cana Poker Classic, scheduled to be held from November 10th to November 14th. Satellites will be daily at 7:35pm and 10:35pm for the $10 buy-in; cheap seats satellite tournaments will be held daily at 8:35pm for $1 buy-in. Both tournaments will award guaranteed seats.

    PokerStars Announces 2010 WCOOP Schedule

    We are winding down on this year’s World Series of Poker main event at the Rio but for those of you that couldn’t make it, PokerStars announced it schedule for the World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP). It was started in 2002 and has grown into the biggest online poker tournament series with some calling it the WSOP of online poker. The 2009 WCOOP crowed 45 new WCOOP champions and ended with a total tournament prize pool of $51.6 million and ran for 18 days.
