What is a Game of Skill?

A skill game is a game where the outcome of a game is determined by the mental and, or their physical abilities of the player, than by pure chance.
The benefit of playing a skill game is they are a way of figuring out ones own capacities, and encourages one to look at, understand, and experience, Which is rewarding. They teach people things about themselves and give insights that can be passed on to others.
Most but not all skill games has some degree of chance. There are random games such as playing cards, dice, or flipping a coin which involves guessing by the player.
The biggest difference right now on chance and skill is the legality in countries, where the games are looked at differently. The difference rules of the 2 are vague and vary from one jurisdiction to the other.

Mahjong is a game of skill. It is a Chinese game that takes four players. In general the game is similar to all the other forms of mahjong. But the scoring and game pieces are slightly different. The object of the game is to build tile sets, while trying to get the highest point value. Each player picks and discards tiles until a full set of combination’s has been made.
