If you're a fan of fairies, elves, gnomes and other nature fantasy figures, then you'll really enjoy the Enchanted Garden II slot by Realtime Gaming. It offers up a great theme with top-tier graphics and a medium overall volatility. It's very feature-heavy, but it still has plenty of action that comes during the regular gameplay. Overall, this helps to give players a very balanced experience.

Game Format

The format for this game is one of the most popular of all time for video slots. There are five reels, three rows and 25 paylines. While you can play with fewer than 25 paylines if you'd like, we strongly suggest that you do not because it disables features and hurts the RTP of the game. If you want a smaller bet size, then we suggest you lower the actual bet size of the game.

Speaking of bet sizes, they range from $0.25 to $6.25 per spin based on coins on a range from $0.01 to $0.25 apiece. Super high rollers won't have bet sizes that are large enough for them, but the vast majority of players will have no problem with the selection of bet sizes that they have to offer in this online slot.

Wild Fairy Princess

The fairy princess has flowers in her hair and wings behind her, and she's probably the most important symbol for the regular gameplay in this RTG slot. She shows up on the last four reels, so the only one she's missing from is the first one, and she will substitute for anything except a scatter symbol to give you the best possible win available. What's more is that every win that uses at least one fairy symbol will give you a 2x multiplier on the payout, so you can get some bigger prizes than usual when she's involved in the win.

Scatter Symbol

The garden symbol, a big fountain with three tiers, is the scatter in this game. You can get paid 500 times your total bet for five of a kind, 25 times your bet for four, 5x for three or 1x for just two of a kind. They can show up anywhere on the reels, and they don't have to be oriented left-to-right to give you payouts. Five of the scatter is the largest regular payout in the game, and that's important to note because it's a symbol that drives a lot of payouts in general since it pays for just two of a kind.

Bonus Features

To get a bonus feature, you need to have a garden scatter show up on the first reel with a fairy princess wild on the fifth reel. When you do this, you'll get to choose between the Firefly Feature and the Fairy Queen Feature.

The Firefly Feature is a set of seven free spins, and you'll see a firefly in the background of the fairy princess, garden and gnome symbols. Get three or more fireflies anywhere on the reels, and you'll get three extra free spins. Wins are hit with a 3x multiplier in this feature.

Alternatively, you can get the Fairy Queen Feature. You'll get 10 free spins with extra wild symbols that appear on the last four symbols, and you'll still get the 3x multiplier on all of your wins.

Important Payouts

Five of the gnome pays 5,000x with a wild, and it's 2,500x normally. You can also pick up a 2,000x win for five of the gold and green ring with a wild, which is 1,000x without it. Five of the frog or flowers will pay 300x (600x with a wild multiplier).

With a blue A or red K, the payouts are 500x and 250x, with and without at least one wild, respectively, for five of a kind. The purple Q and cyan J symbols are good for a 150x payout for five of a kind, though that doubles to 300x with a wild. Finally, you can earn a 100x win for five of the orange 10 or the green 9 symbols, and they both pay 200x if there's a wild in the combination.

You can see with Enchanted Garden II that Realtime Gaming has made some major improvements over the original. However, the game itself plays very similarly with some tweaks to the features and pay structure, except it has much better graphics and sound. Overall, this is a clear improvement, and players of all types will be pulled in by the general gameplay of this slot.
