The Gold Series has added 3 Card Poker to their list of enhanced table games. The graphics and sounds make playing any of the Series of games a more enjoyable experience. This game plays the same as the regular 3 Card Poker game so you won’t have to learn any additional rules or changes. When you play 3 Card Poker you are really playing two games in one and you have the option of playing one or the other or both. The two games are Ante and Pair Plus. A standard deck of 52 cards is used and the deck is shuffled before each game.
The Ante Game lets you place a bet from 50¢ to $200 in the Ante circle. Three cards are dealt face up and you decide whether you are going to play those cards. If so, an amount equal to your Ante bet has to be placed. The highest hand wins but if the dealer does not have at least a Queen, the dealer hand doesn't qualify and can’t win even if they have the highest ranking hand. This game also has bonus payouts. Bonus payouts are paid on: Straight 1:1, Three of a Kind 4:1, Straight Flush 5:1. You need to keep in mind that the ante bonus payout is not dependent on the value of the dealers hand so you can still lose the hand but win the bonus payout.
In Pair Plus you’re betting on being dealt a pair or better 3 card combination. You place a bet from 50¢ to $200. This part of the game has payouts for specific hand combinations which are not dependant on the Dealers cards so if your hand contains a straight and the dealer's hand contains a flush, you still win the Pair Plus payout for a flush. If you fold, you lose your bet.. Winning hand combinations and payouts for Pair Plus are: Pair 1:1, Flush 4:1, Straight 6:1, Three of a Kind 30:1, Straight Flush 40:1.
