Mystery Bonus Video Poker Rules.
Mystery Bonus Poker is a 5 card poker game based on Jacks or Better that combines the poker game with a slot machine giving the player two options to win. A Mystery Bonus reel containing all paying card combinations displays in the top right of the screen and a spin is triggered at the beginning of each new hand.
The reel will spin and display a random winning combination and 5 cards are dealt to the player. The combination displayed on the reel will then be highlighted on the pay table with a bonus higher payout rate (random multiplier).
The player then choose to go for the Mystery Bonus displayed on the reel or the best poker hand based on the starting cards dealt. The Mystery Bonus reel contains all winning combinations on the payout table.

Mystery Bonus Video Poker Strategy.
Usually the five dealt cards and the mystery bonus reel have no common ground so it's better to play the high hand and not chase the bonus.
If you have been dealt four of a kind, straight flush, or royal flush then hold all. Then consider the Mystery Bonus.
If you have 3 of the five cards for the bonus and the payout is greater than the high hand payout, you may want to play for the Mystery Bonus. If you decide to go for high hand, make the most from the cards contained in your hand by using the following priorities:
- Hold four cards to a royal flush
- Hold four of a kind
- Hold three of a kind, straight, flush, full house
- Hold four card straight flushes
- Hold four card flushes
- Hold three card royal flushes
- Hold four card flushes
- Hold four card straights
- Hold inside straights with three or more high cards.
- Hold low pairs for three of a kind
- Hold high card pairs
